The role offers a hybrid split after 4 weeks in-office training, with 3 days in the Collins Street office and 2 days working from home, and a 6-month contract from Oct 2026 to Apr 2027.
You will handle member inquiries across channels (phone, email, referrals), support policy admin and recent business requests, and work a rotating 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
