About the Role
Due to career progression within the team, we are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our busy office. If you pride yourself on professionalism, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you. While experience in the real estate industry is advantageous, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients in person and over the phone
- Handle incoming calls and general office enquiries
- Provide administrative support to our Holiday Letting, Sales and Property Management teams
- Communicate professionally with tenants, clients, and contractors
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in reception or administration
- Robust computer literacy and confidence with office systems
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
