Receptionist (Casual)

Shifts between 7:45am – 5:30pm

We don't do rushed, transactional or impersonal. Our patients are welcomed, known and genuinely cared for, and our team looks after each other in the same way. You’ll lead and support our reception team, helping shape how every patient feels from the moment they call or walk through our door. This role would suit someone who enjoys keeping things organised, likes to think a step ahead, and finds real satisfaction in helping others do their best work.

What you'll be doing

- Leading, coaching and supporting the reception team day to day
- Welcoming patients warmly and being a calm, reassuring presence at the front desk
- Overseeing the appointment book so each day flows smoothly
- Training and mentoring new team members
- Coordinating rosters so the team is well supported
- Looking after patient concerns with care, discretion and positive judgement
- Working alongside our Practice Manager and clinicians to keep improving the patient experience

Ideally,



you'll have dental reception experience and some leadership experience, along with a calm, encouraging style that brings out the best in others.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting patients warmly in person and over the phone
- Booking and confirming appointments and helping manage the daily schedule
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
- Supporting the team so each day runs smoothly
- Helping keep our reception area calm and welcoming

Dental or healthcare experience is a bonus, but what matters most to us is dependability and the right attitude.
