Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is looking for customer-focused administration professionals to join our Administration Officer Level 2 & 2A (A02) Talent Pool. If you have great customer service and/or administration experience and want to contribute to our vision of "Trusted Care. Better health for everyone", we would love to hear from you.

About the Opportunity

Administration Officers play an important role in supporting our teams and helping our services run efficiently.

Joining the A02 Talent Pool means your application may be considered for upcoming vacancies across CCLHD. Rather than waiting for a specific vacancy to arise, this Talent Pool provides an opportunity for suitable candidates to be identified and progressed as administration roles become available.

Opportunities may arise across a variety of teams and service areas, including:

Flexibility is important - A number of these roles operate outside standard business hours and may include early starts, late finishes and shifts across Monday to Sunday, including positions working within a 24/7 roster.

Applications will be reviewed as they are received, so don’t wait until the closing date to apply. Suitable candidates will be invited to progress to a HireVue video interview as part of the recruitment process.

Are you already part of the Central Coast Local Health District team? Casual,

temporary and permanent staff are encouraged to apply and join our Talent Pool, so you don’t miss out on future opportunities.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including early starts, late finishes, weekends and, where required, 24/7 rostered shifts.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Administration experience and robust attention to detail, recent relevant experience in the specialty area.
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Confidence using computer systems, with a willingness to learn new processes and systems.

Applicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applicants who do not meet this requirement.

- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a range of benefits (depending on the role), including flexible working hours, job-sharing opportunities, an accrued day off each month, 17.5% annual leave loading and paid parental leave.
- Financial Benefits: Boost your take-home pay with salary packaging, save on car costs with novated leasing, and access relocation assistance.
- Health & Wellbeing: Stay active with discounted gym memberships (Fitness Passport), free flu vaccinations, telehealth support, and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling for you and your family. Plus, access discounted private health insurance.
- Career Growth: Advance your career with free professional development courses and secondment opportunities.
