Randstad is seeking an Operations Officer to join a high-volume bank guarantees team in Parramatta. The role handles end-to-end issuance of bank guarantees in a busy environment with a 24-hour SLA, working in a hybrid mode after an initial full-time training period.

You will review approved files, perform quality and risk checks on lending values, and collaborate with offshore colleagues to ensure smooth handovers.
