Seeking an experienced Social Media & Online Retail Manager to join our dynamic team at Discovery Noosa. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's social media strategy and overseeing our online retail operations. Work from our contemporary office located in Noosaville, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

- Manage and execute the company's social media strategy across all platforms
- Create engaging and compelling content to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, and optimise campaigns to improve results
- Oversee the management of our online retail store, including inventory, pricing, and customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media and e-commerce initiatives




- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a social media management or digital marketing role
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online retail best practices
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality content
- Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce software
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
