Multicultural Communities Council of Illawarra Wollongong NSW seeks a Care Finder Officer to provide culturally responsive, person-centred support to older people and carers. You will help navigate My Aged Care, assess needs and coordinate referrals to health and community services.

This part time role offers flexible hours (35 hours per fortnight), a laptop and travel allowance, and salary packaging options. Join a diverse team dedicated to inclusive access to care and services.
