About the Role

This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Robina, QLD. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing efficient and friendly support while working predictable, set hours.

3 weeks of full‑time paid training — no experience required

What You’ll Be Doing

- Handling inbound customer calls and responding within service level targets
- Actively listening to understand customer needs and concerns
- Providing clear, accurate information and effective solutions
- Documenting customer interactions and completing follow‑ups
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team environment
