Looking for a role where your counselling experience can make a genuine difference to people's lives? We're currently recruiting for an ongoing Trauma Counsellor position with a well-established specialist community service in Melbourne's west.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner to join a purpose-driven, supportive team where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with clients and provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapeutic support.

You'll provide short to medium-term counselling to young people and adults, supporting clients through complex experiences and helping them build safety, wellbeing and resilience.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has solid counselling and trauma-informed experience including a Bachelors of Counselling or simular
- Is confident supporting clients with complex needs
- Has experience working with young people and/or adults
- Holds a relevant counselling, psychology, social work or therapeutic qualification
- Has MARAM training




- Values team-oriented, client-centred practice
- Is looking for an ongoing role where they can make a real impact

The role is 0.8 EFT, fully onsite in Werribee, onsite, and includes Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
