About the Role:
- Monitor the day-to-day operation of parking stations
- Assist customers with parking enquiries
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe and tidy environment
- Report operational issues
- Complete basic administrative tasks
- Follow WHS and Council requirements
About You:
- Previous customer service or car park experience preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
