Paddock Bakery in Geelong is seeking an experienced Baker to join our growing team. This full time role involves early starts between 12–3am, and collaborating closely with Head Baker and Head Chef to produce bread and pastries daily.

We value pride in craft, teamwork in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to high quality. Pastry experience is a plus, with sponsorship unavailable and Australian working rights required.
