Banksia Village is seeking a diligent Care Partner to join our Community Care team. The role supports older people to remain independent and well at home by coordinating responsive, person-centred care and services.

You will work with clients, families, care staff and health professionals on onboarding, assessments, care planning and budget monitoring. This part-time role includes flexible schedule and a focus on high-quality, compassionate support.
