Independent Living Victoria is seeking a compassionate On Call Rostering Officer to support rostering operations outside standard business hours. This casual, work-from-home role offers flexibility and autonomy and requires Melbourne-based presence for on-call coordination.

You’ll be the first point of contact for staff and clients during on-call hours, helping ensure high-quality care at all times. Training is provided and confidentiality is essential.
