Fresh Hope Communities is seeking a Care Funding Specialist in our Rhodes, NSW office, with travel to sites across NSW. You will act as the AN-ACC subject matter expert, guiding assessments, funding classifications and documentation to reflect residents' care needs.

The role combines clinical expertise with coaching and stakeholder engagement to support funding assessments and improve resident outcomes across multiple aged care homes.
