Programmed Energy & Resources seeks an experienced Mining Account Manager to lead workforce contracts across Bowen Basin. You will work across multiple mine sites, ensuring secure, high-performing teams and delivering exceptional service.

The role starts on a 5/2 roster with 12-hour shifts and accommodation while on swing, with potential expansion to 7/7 and business development opportunities. Site-based leadership experience preferred.
