This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to step into a dedicated business partnering role within a large, complex organisation making a real difference in the community. You'll sit across finance and operations, working closely with divisional leadership to drive performance, inform decision-making, and provide meaningful financial insight across a diverse service offering.

The Role

Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you will serve as the primary finance partner to a key operational division, delivering forward-looking financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role goes well beyond numbers, you'll be a trusted commercial advisor to operational leaders, translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with operational leadership to deliver timely and insightful financial reporting, including variance commentary and KPI analysis
- Drive the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, maintaining strong forward-looking financial discipline across the division
- Proactively identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities, and communicate these clearly to support operational decision-making




- Develop and evaluate business cases for operational investments and strategic initiatives in collaboration with divisional and FP&A; leadership
- Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements by providing divisional context, analysis, and subject‑matter expertise

About You

- CA/CPA qualified with a relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a business partnering, FP&A;, or management accounting role within a large or complex organisation
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting capability
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience in aged care, community services, or the NFP sector highly regarded but not essential
- Genuine alignment with a faith-based, purpose-driven organisational culture
