The part you will play

As part of the Ageing Well team you will work closely with the internal stakeholders/Community. Working on:

Managing a large team of Direct Care Workers and Contractors/Associate Providers to facilitate the delivering of safe and high quality home support services in accordance with the Aged Care Act.

Coordinating the response to incidents, complaints, feedback, missed services, performance data and service trends to support high quality services and identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement.

The development, implementation and review of operational policies, plans and work instructions that support service sustainability, budget accountability, funding requirements, workforce capacity and community need.

Provide leadership through reform, service redesign and operational change, ensuring staff understand service priorities, performance expectations and their role in delivering sustainable outcomes.

Lead, coach and develop direct reports to support the delivery of safe, inclusive, customer-focused and accountable Community Care programs.

Have experience in Community Aged Care and complex service delivery environments, you bring a strong understanding of sector reform, workforce leadership and continuous improvement.

The total remuneration package is Band 8 starting at $126,108

This is a full-time role and provides a monthly or fortnightly RDO for full-time staff - your choice!
