About the Role n
This role is perfect for a skilled and passionate chef looking to work in a creative and fast-paced workplace. You'll work closely with our Executive Chef to deliver seasonal dishes that stand out — and be part of a high-performing kitchen known for quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Prepare and execute high-quality brunch and lunch dishes
n
Assist with daily prep, specials, and menu planning
n
Manage your section efficiently during busy services
n
Ensure food quality, portion control, and beautiful presentation
n
Maintain stock, manage mise en place,



and support ordering
n
Adhere to food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
n
What You Bring n
n
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar kitchen role
n
Relevant culinary training or certifications
n
Calm and productive under pressure
n
Excellent attention to detail and time management
n
Passion for fresh produce and seasonal menus
n
A team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
