An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve an Integrated Management System within a highly regulated Defence and aerospace environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will play a critical part in driving quality, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring products, processes, and operations meet the highest industry and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organisation's quality management framework, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, Defence requirements, and regulatory obligations. The role will lead internal and external audit activities, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, manage supplier quality performance, and promote a robust culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence across the business.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience in quality management within the Defence, aerospace,



manufacturing, or another highly regulated environment. You will possess a strong understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100 including ISO 45001, quality assurance systems, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with relevant tertiary qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, Electronics, Avionics, or a related discipline.

Lead Auditor qualifications, Six Sigma certification, AQAP knowledge, and experience supporting product or system lifecycles within Defence or aerospace environments will be highly regarded.
