Endeavour Group is seeking an authentic, pragmatic Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead to partner across WA, SA and NT operations. You will embed a holistic culture of care, translate data into action, and keep our teams secure every day.

Reporting to the Head of Safety, Health & Wellbeing, you will travel across sites to coach teams, conduct inspections, lead incident investigations, and drive the safety strategy across our retail and hospitality venues in the region.
