Working on:
• Providing the Victorian maternal and child health service program using a family centred partnership approach in accordance with the service program guidelines and standards.• Facilitation of group work, including recent parent groups, drop-in programs, and group-based initiatives**Let’s talk about you**You will thrive in this role if you:• Hold a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Division 1 Registered Nurse and Midwife.• Hold Postgraduate qualifications in Child Family and Community Health- Maternal Child Health Nursing• Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide and deliver the Victorian Maternal & Child Health program to the diverse range of families with young children from birth to school age.• Demonstrated knowledge of primary health care, health promotion and principals of early intervention.• A commitment to the provision of a quality service and continuous improvement.• Well-developed communication skills including interpersonal and written skills.To apply for this position, you must address the Selection Criteria outlined in the Position Description in your cover letter.
