Your new role:As the Psychologist - Team Leader (Advanced), you will provide professional and operational leadership to a team of psychologists delivering services across Logan & Beaudesert Health Service. Reporting to the Director of Psychology, you will combine advanced clinical practice with team leadership, clinical supervision and strategic service development.This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across psychology services while supporting the growth and development of your team and contributing to innovative, evidence-based models of care. In this role, you will:Provide advanced psychology services across a broad range of clinical areas with a high degree of independenceProvide operational and professional leadership to a team of approximately 8.5 FTE psychologistsProvide clinical advice, direction and practice supervision to psychologists, students and less experienced staffLead recruitment, orientation, performance development and workforce planning activitiesAbout you:We are looking for an experienced psychologist who brings advanced clinical expertise, strong leadership capability and a genuine commitment to developing people and improving psychology services.
