What you’ll do

- Operate the Cessna 208 Caravan in single-pilot scenic-tour operations around Horizontal Falls and the wider Kimberley region.
- Act as Pilot in Command, ensuring the safety of the aircraft, guests, and crew while strictly adhering to company procedures, manuals, and reasonable instructions.
- Exercise sound judgement and independent situation assessment in dynamic coastal and outback environments.
- Deliver clear, engaging commentary and outstanding guest service throughout each flight.
- Model strong safety behaviours and continuous-improvement habits, with high personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Work both autonomously and as part of a qualified, guest-focused team.

Training pathway

- Commence structured training in the Whitsundays (February 2027).
- Receive a floatplane endorsement prior to line operations.
- Complete 100 hours ICUS before transferring to Broome for operational flying.
- Ongoing coaching, SOP development, and recurrent checks with a solid safety and compliance focus.

What you’ll bring

- CASA Part 61 CPL with a CASA Class 1 Medical and a current aeroplane flight review .




- 1,000 hours total flight time.
- Required ratings/endorsements: Single-engine aeroplane class rating; Cessna 208 (C208); retractable undercarriage design feature endorsement; gas turbine design feature endorsement; manual propeller pitch control design feature endorsement.
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) , complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, and hold the right to work in Australia.
- No floatplane experience required ; 50 hours on the C208 highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
