As Assistant Director - Occupational Therapy, you'll help strengthen care outcomes by combining advanced clinical expertise with leadership that supports patients, clinicians and the broader health service. - Partnering with leaders and multidisciplinary teams to support service planning, workforce capability and sustainable outcomes.

Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
- Advanced clinical expertise and sound professional judgement in complex practice settings.
- Experience providing supervision, coaching and qualified leadership.
- Strong communication,
negotiation and change leadership skills. You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have experience leading service improvement initiatives and supporting workforce planning or operational service delivery.
