We have an exciting chance for an experienced Facilities Services Manager to join our team supporting a major workers accommodation project associated with a major regional infrastructure project.
Based in Luscombe, with regular travel to site locations in Queensland as required, this role represents a unique opportunity to help establish and grow ATCO's camp operations capability in Australia.
Working closely with our client and service delivery partners, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of contracted facility management services throughout the life of the project.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Services Manager to oversee the service delivery and contractual performance of a construction village supporting in regional Queensland.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the performance of the contracted Facility Manager and ensuring all services are delivered safely, compliantly and in accordance with contractual obligations and client expectations.
While the contracted Facility Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the accommodation village, you will focus on contract management,
stakeholder engagement and performance oversight to ensure service delivery standards and contractual obligations are met.
Acting as the primary interface between ATCO, the client and the Facility Manager, you will build strong working relationships with key stakeholders while monitoring contract performance, compliance requirements and continuous improvement opportunities.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing and growing ATCO's camp operations capability in Australia while supporting the successful delivery of a significant long-term project.
What You'll Be Doing
Oversee the performance of the contracted Facility Manager, ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations and client expectations
Monitor contract performance against agreed service levels, KPIs and operational requirements
Act as the key interface between ATCO, the client and the contracted service provider
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders
Review operational, maintenance, compliance and performance reporting to ensure contractual standards are achieved
Conduct periodic site visits, audits and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, legislative and regulatory requirements
Identify, manage and resolve service delivery issues, risks and performance concerns
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, efficiency and customer outcomes
Support the development and growth of ATCO's camp operations and facilities management capability in Australia
Prepare reports, recommendations and performance updates for internal and external stakeholders
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with:
Experience in facilities management, contract management,
operations management or a similar role
Demonstrated experience managing outsourced service providers or contractors
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Experience monitoring service delivery, performance metrics and compliance obligations
Commercial acumen and an understanding of contract administration
Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to work autonomously whilst managing multiple stakeholders
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in facilities management, contract management, operations management or service delivery oversight
Construction Induction White Card
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Ability to undertake periodic travel to project sites
Full Australian working rights
Highly Regarded
Experience within workforce accommodation villages, camps or remote facilities
Experience managing facility management or catering service contracts
Construction, infrastructure, resources or accommodation industry experience
Qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Business, Project Management or a related discipline
Experience working with KPI-driven service contracts and client-facing operations
