The part you will play

As part of the Ageing Well team you will work closely with the internal stakeholders/Community. Working on:

- Managing a large team of Direct Care Workers and Contractors/Associate Providers to facilitate the delivering of safe and high-quality home support services in accordance with the Aged Care Act.
- Coordinating the response to incidents, complaints, feedback, missed services, performance data and service trends to support high quality services and identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement.
- The development, implementation and review of operational policies, plans and work instructions that support service sustainability, budget accountability, funding requirements, workforce capacity and community need.
- Provide leadership through reform, service redesign and operational change, ensuring staff understand service priorities, performance expectations and their role in delivering sustainable outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop direct reports to support the delivery of safe, inclusive, customer-focused and accountable Community Care programs.
