NSW Health in Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a Clinical Risk Resource Nurse (CRRN) to join the Nursing Administration team as a CNS2. The role coordinates and delivers high‑quality nursing care across wards, while providing expert clinical guidance to staff and patients, in line with national standards and local policies.

The CRRN collaborates with the After‑Hours Nurse Manager to maintain secure care delivery and supports the development of staff through coaching and practice.
