Facility Management Victoria is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to own Essential Safety Measures and life-safety compliance for two high‑rise residential towers in Melbourne. You will coordinate inspections, manage an ESM calendar, and produce AESMR reports while liaising with the Owners Corporation and FMV teams.

You will bring 5+ years in building compliance or facilities management, with robust Victorian ESM knowledge, contractor management skills and CMMS/BMS familiarity; national
