Rosso Coffee Experience in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Cafe/Restaurant Manager to elevate our flagship venue. You will lead the day-to-day operations, develop the team and own guest experience and commercial performance.
Responsibilities include leading the front-of-house team, maintaining high standards across service, food and coffee, and driving labour, costs and revenue growth while maintaining quality. You will work closely with ownership and the Rosso team on current initiatives.
