DESI FUSION, a fine dining restaurant in Auburn, seeks an experienced Cook to support a rapid-paced kitchen focused on Pakistani cuisine with a twist. You will prep and cook dishes, ensure portioning matches standards, and uphold HACCP-based safety and hygiene practices.

Applicants should hold a CERT.III in Cookery and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role.
