Clinical Nurse Consultant, Medical Imaging - North Canberra Hospital

The Medical Imaging Clinical Nurse Consultant is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic development and operational management of nursing services within the Medical Imaging Department.
Providing expert clinical leadership across interventional and diagnostic imaging services, the CNC works closely with nursing staff, allied health staff, medical officers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver protected, high-quality, evidence-based care. The role leads service improvement initiatives, supports workforce development and clinical education, and contributes to clinical governance activities that promote excellence in patient care and service delivery.
With responsibility for managing resources, driving quality outcomes and fostering a collaborative team environment, the CNC plays a key role in supporting the ongoing development of Medical Imaging services.
This role would suit an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for clinical leadership, service improvement and delivering high-quality patient care. You will bring strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills,
along with the ability to support and develop staff while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of Medical Imaging services.

- Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy (Category A).
