City of Newcastle is seeking a Senior Field Worker - Parks to join our Open Space Operations team. In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate park, reserve and sports field maintenance while supporting the Parks Supervisor. You’ll mentor staff, drive safety, and help deliver high standards for our community spaces.
You’ll bring experience in horticulture, turf management or greenkeeping, a practical, outdoor focus and a team-oriented mindset to help us shape a liveable, inclusive Newcastle.
