About the roles

These roles are ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about coffee, committed to high standards, and motivated to create excellent customer experiences while helping lead strong teams.

Full-time positions, 38 hours per week

The role, responsibilities and ownership will include:

- Running daily shifts, leading from the front and supporting smooth day-to-day venue operations
- Maintaining opening and closing procedures
- Overseeing cleaning systems and general venue organisation
- Ordering stock and maintaining inventory standards
- Managing rostering and staffing hour requirements
- Completing bank deposits and basic cash management




- Budget awareness and understanding of fundamental costs vs revenue ratios required to achieve success in the role
- Training, inspiring, developing, and supporting staff
- Building and maintaining strong coffee knowledge across the venue
- Working alongside the MAKER roasting and leadership teams
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

About you

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Have a hospitality background with leadership experience or are ready to step into a more senior role
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality management experience required
- Are looking for a long-term role in a friendly and professional team
- Intermediate barista skills required to maintain specialty coffee standards and support team development
- Are passionate about both coffee and customer experience
- Bring energy, initiative, and excellent communication skills
- Are reliable, well presented, and confident leading by example
- Care about team culture, standards, and helping others grow
