Podium Corp Inc seeks a energetic leader to head its Australia-based SDR sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own the full-funnel sales motion from outbound strategy to pipeline creation and revenue, while coaching a group of SDRs across a key vertical.
You will manage a junior sales workforce, implement structured coaching cadences, onboard new hires, and drive outbound strategy with cross-functional partners in Marketing, CX and Partnerships.
