We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of the Legal Procurement Officer within the Legal Practice Management Section (LPMS).
The role builds and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manages client expectations, and influences outcomes. It advises internal lawyers on procurement requirements, legal services purchase orders, and the management of outsourced matters.
The role maintains accurate, up-to-date, and accessible records for legal services procurement and drives effective knowledge and records management practices. It develops, maintains, and improves internal governance frameworks, guidance, and communications to support consistent and compliant processes. The role also performs other legal support functions as required.
