Contract: Until end of December 2026, with potential 12-month extension

Location: Melbourne CBD - Hybrid, 2 days in office

We are looking for a D365 Customer Engagement Developer to support and enhance a Microsoft

Dynamics 365 CE environment, with a solid focus on integration, automation and development.

The role will involve building integrations between Canvas LMS and D365 CE , using Power Automate, APIs and webhooks , as well as developing and supporting existing D365 solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (sales module) development and customisation
- D365 CE integration experience , particularly APIs and webhooks
- Power Automate and process automation
- C# development and custom feature development




- D365 CE configuration and out-of-the-box development
- Supporting, troubleshooting and enhancing existing D365 components
- Power BI reporting
- Solution architecture and application support
- Microsoft Fabric, Data and Spark SQL desirable
- Exposure to Microsoft Entra, Teams, Exchange and Microsoft 365 Admin Centres desirable
- Experience within membership, training or education environments would be advantageous

This role would suit a hands-on D365 CE Developer with strong development, integration and automation experience.
