Oroton is seeking an experienced Fabric Development Manager to lead our apparel fabric development strategy for Womenswear and Menswear. Based in Melbourne, you will bridge Design, Merchandising and Production, ensuring fabrics are developed, sourced and nominated with uncompromising quality and compliance.

You will manage critical paths, vendor relationships and development timelines, while driving continuous improvement and efficiency across the development lifecycle.
