Summer Hill Hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep the pub buzzing and loved by locals. Base Salary $80,000 + Super + Bonus Scheme + Group Wide Discounts, with opportunities to grow within ALH Hotels and Endeavour Group.

You’ll support the Publican, lead a team, ensure smooth, secure operations, and deliver a great guest experience on every shift. RSA and RCG certifications are required, and physical duties are part of the role.
