Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender submissions for major projects.
- Monitor market pricing, industry trends and innovative construction methodologies to support competitive bids.
- Provide technical estimating expertise and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality estimates.
- Lead, mentor and develop estimators and support team members to build capability and performance.
- Support project handover by providing clear commercial documentation and cost information to delivery teams.
- Assist with Bill of Quantities allocation and cost planning to support effective project controls.
- Promote and maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and wellbeing requirements across all activities.
About you
- Advanced experience in the construction industry.
- Relevant qualifications.
- Ability to work with the main business packages such as COINS, Site Manager and Team Binder.
