The Australian Football League (AFL) is seeking a Player Development and Wellbeing Lead to advance the wellbeing and readiness of young athletes across the Talent Pathways in Victoria and nationally. Based in Melbourne, you will guide a seasonal workforce to deliver impactful wellbeing programs and education.

You will work with players, coaches and staff to embed development and wellbeing into high‑performance football, supporting transitions, education and career readiness while upholding
