Kelsian Group is seeking a proactive Information Technology Support Officer to join our IT team. You will provide Level 2 technical support to employees across multiple locations, ensuring access to the technology, systems and support they need to perform at their best.

In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues, manage incidents via the IT Service Desk, and assist with desktop, laptop and server maintenance.
