HCA Youth & Community is seeking experienced Residential Youth Workers for Redbank Plains and surrounding suburbs. You will support young people with complex behaviours in trauma-informed residential care, building trust and secure relationships while ensuring safety and wellbeing.

Typical duties include daily living support, transport, documentation, and collaboration with care teams. Sleepover shifts (2pm–10am) are required; a valid WWCC and First Aid/CPR are expected or willing to obtain.
