VC Maintenance is a Mackay-based workshop seeking tradespeople with a can-do attitude and a passion for mechanical work to join our growing team.
The role supports a diverse fleet across earthmoving, quarrying, road haulage and light vehicles, with a Monday–Friday day shift and optional Saturday work. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and help keep equipment protected and reliable.
This is a stable, long-term local opportunity where you can be home every night.
