Monash Health is seeking a Registered Psychiatric Nurse for the Acute Community Intervention Service in Dandenong. The role is 0.8 EFT (part time) with a rotating roster including mornings, afternoons/evenings and weekends, based at Dandenong.
You will work predominantly in outreach, meeting consumers in the community, liaising with inpatient and community agencies to ensure best-practice care and appropriate referrals.
