Our client is a well-established South Australian building contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality commercial projects and building long-term relationships with its clients. As part of the commercial division of a multi-disciplinary business, the company offers the stability and resources of an established organisation while maintaining a collaborative, close-knit culture. With a strong pipeline of projects across commercial construction, fit-outs and private education, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager from a general commercial construction background who is looking to work on quality projects and potentially develop their experience within the private education sector. The Role

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of commercial new build and fit-out projects,



ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams, maintaining a strong focus on programme, quality, safety and productivity. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the day-to-day delivery of commercial projects valued between $5M–$15M
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel
- Driving programme, quality, safety and productivity across the site
- Working closely with Project Managers and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitoring project milestones and resolving on-site issues
- Maintaining high standards of site presentation and construction quality
- Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements, building regulations and company standards
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project teams
