This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period of up to 77 weeks for 38 hours per week; the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements. There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.

About the role

The Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) Clozapine Case Manager coordinates and delivers high quality nursing care to patients/clients in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia's National Standards of Practice for Registered Nurses, criteria for CNS2 as outlined in the Public Hospital Nurses and Midwives (State) Award and the Policies and Procedures of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).

Coordinating and delivering service to clients with a serious mental illness that are prescribed Clozapine.
