Your Own Coffee Bar, specialty coffee and restaurant-quality food in a space designed to bring people together. Our mission is simple: To create a community so that people feel connected. We're now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can lead the venue, develop the team and take ownership of both the guest experience and commercial performance of the business.
The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the venue, including:
- Leading, training and developing the front-of-house team.
- Maintaining exceptional standards across service, food, coffee and presentation.
- Creating a warm guest experience that builds repeat visitation and community.
- Managing labour, rostering, productivity and operating costs.
- Driving sales and profitability without compromising quality.
- Growing functions, events and other revenue opportunities.
- Ensuring systems, procedures and standards are consistently followed.
- Working closely with ownership and the wider Rosso team on new initiatives.
- Identifying problems early and taking responsibility for solving them.
Who We're Looking For You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing a high-quality cafe, restaurant or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold a team accountable.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, specialty coffee and great food.
- Robust commercial awareness, including labour and cost management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and uncompromising standards.
- The confidence to take ownership rather than simply wait for direction.
