You’ll manage approximately 100 commercial properties across:
- Landlord and tenant relationships
- Lease administration, renewals and rent reviews
- Outgoings, arrears and financial management
- Maintenance, contractors and compliance
- Inspections and reporting
- Re-letting alongside the Sales & Leasing team
You’ll also have three PMAs supporting work orders, invoicing, arrears, inspection reports and database administration.
The Candidate
- Previous Commercial Property Management experience OR extensive Residential PM experience with a clear interest in moving into commercial
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Good commercial awareness and lease knowledge
- A practical, proactive approach
- Someone who enjoys being part of a friendly, team-focused office
