About the Role

As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager at Parramatta House, you'll be at the heart of a quick-paced retail environment,



leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and store success.

You'll take ownership of store performance, develop your team, and create a welcoming environment where both customers and team members thrive.

- Previous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience achieving sales and KPI targets
- Stock management and inventory control experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on approach and positive attitudeFlexibility across weekends and peak trading periods
