LaManna is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the pastry/kitchen team and drive daily operations in a rotating roster. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Product Development to maintain high quality standards and develop new premium products.

You will train junior chefs, manage time and ensure strict adherence to OHS and Food Safety guidelines, while maintaining a fast-paced, organised kitchen workplace with a positive attitude.
